Firestick + the Kodi app is all you need. You will need comcast though, I have the kodi app on my firestick and almost nothing will play, century link is to slow.

Any internet service + Roku + Netflix + Hulu. Possibly a leaf antenna, depending on where you'e located and if you want the local digital channels.
We've got Centurylink, and it's not too slow- we can both be on our laptops and watching Hulu with no issues whatsoever.

With Kodi you can watch anyrhing. Any movie, tv show, documentary etc. The possibilities are almost endless. I've been using it for 2 years and have only discovered a fraction of the stuff it can stream. You download "add ons" instead of apps.
i have a dedicated Kodi unit called Streamsmart. Got it from a member here. Last night I introduced my 10yr old son to Land on The Lost and we watched 4 episodes. He said the show is so fake he couldn't keep watching. I laughed. Love streaming old shows.
