    My night owl cams are all programmable to be motion sensitive in customizable fields of view. Can view any camera live remotely. No batteries to ever replace. No maintenance. DVR is hidden away in the attic is basically impossible to steal. You can also set it up to backup everything to a networked drive (or cloud storage, if you prefer) in real time. No monthly fees. Set and forget.
