Borrow someone and their concrete drill?
So starting to look like my bastard neighbor who's dicked some others over to I found out is going to leave me high and dry. So now I'm needing a replacement person to help me put up 2 steel jack posts and wood beam on top. Possibly also cut a TJI joist into blocking, though my main concern right now is someone that can help me lift everything into place. I also need a concrete drill? or whatever the appropriate tool would be for putting some bolts into the concrete floor for the posts. If no ones handy with one, know where you can rent that? Assuming a I thought generous estimate of hour to an hour and a half I was going to offer the neighbor $150, or I have an assortment of ammo.
Was hoping to do this this weekend. But I also have late next week off, and going to be working nights on the weekends so have some time on the next few weekends albeit sleepy.

Sorry im super busy with moving to my new house or I would help. Home depot rents hammer drills and sells the anchors. 20min on you tube and you should have a real good idea on how to get the job done. One thing dont over drill the anchor hole especially if using drop ins.

Lol, bit of a delayed response. I found the labor and tool. Did end up using wedge anchors instead of just bolts.
Now have 8 feet of tji joist leftover i didn't use in not sure what to do with.
