    Default PAWNEE question

Can you still go pretty much anywhere you want in the pawnee grasslands and shoot? Obviously not near homes, private land, etc...

Just wanting to go sight in my AR for an hour.

    Thanks

No. You want to sight in a rifle, pm me and il take you to a private range with members only attendance. OR go to the baker draw public shooting range

It's $25 an hour to shoot at Liberty indoor range. The 100 yd has camera @ 100 to see your hits. It shaves 70+ miles instead of driving to pawnee off your trip.

Yes you can still shoot in most of the area. There are two maps on this page that show closed areas.

They've asked us to move from areas that were marked as ok. Even with map in hand, they said sorry that's no longer allowed. After the last 2 encounters with the rangers, it's easier to avoid pawnee all together.

Badges and all. No LE ID..... Get F%^&* lost. It became too much of a hassle between looking for somewhere no one else was. To... having incoming rounds as you set targets up.
Baker draw is nice for a public range. I've decided over time it's easier to pay for a range membership, that the hassle of pawnee. 1 ticket cost more than membership of 2 ranges. YMMV

Liberty arms is really nice. Best indoor range I've ever been to hands down.
