Any of the angle guided sharpeners should you do fine. Lanksy (with diamond stones and sapphire stone), edge pro, wicked edge. On the single sided systems work up a burr, then switch sides. With the lanksy diamond stones I only use oil on the sapphire stone. A kitchen knife will probably be a 15 or 20 degree edge.
