I believe but am not certain that only for deer that you can hunt your own property without a license. Bear I am sure you need a license.

Which key allows me to annoyingly capitalize the first letter of every word? I want to use it when I troll this new website I just signed up on. I figure I'll go correct people on specific knowledge while at the same time ignoring basic grade school grammar that was taught to every enrolled student in the world.

Did you eat any of it? Curious as to what it compares too. I've heard everything from delicious to nasty to eat. Now me, I'll eat anything that doesn't walk away afterwards.....wait, scratch that last part.

Dang Stuart, WEREWOLF-HUNTER hasn't been on since the day after you commented on his typing/capitalization.

Now Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the Beaver last night?

If you head out of Gunnison to a town called Almont there is supposed to be a black bear there that raids the town that is in the 400 pound range. Told by guy at the local bar that he raids the grease from the barrels out back by the trash cans. Might have had a heart attack and died by now eating that.

6 feet is a big sow. my first bear was jet black, was so big he wouldnt fit crossways in the bed of the truck. he didnt get weighed, but a reasonable estimate is close to 400. the taxidermist had trouble finding a form big enough. the biggest form he found was 4" too short. if i remember right he was 80". he had fat on his back about 5 inches thick. he wasnt record book, but close.

brown bears and grizzly bears are the same animal. i have watched too many hunting shows where they try to say they are different. i didnt believe it so i did some research, turns out that i was right. genetically they are the same, someone did DNA tests. the reason the coastal grizzlies are bigger is simply a better food supply. i have always wanted to take one with a bow, a little out of my financial reach anymore.
