Default Need an electrician for generator transfer switch installation

As the title states: I need an electrician to recommend and install a manual generator transfer switch at my Evil Lair in Aurora. Generator is roughly 8KW, will need it to power 5 or 6 circuits.

Why not go with an automatic transfer switch?

Generator doesn't have remote start capability, so I would like to be able to start it, then add load, if that makes sense.
