Selling my house and on the inspection they found a wire at the main panel that has a little wire exposed. Must have been from when the house was built as I've never looked in that panel. But basically it either needs to be spliced and a twist cap connector put on or wrapped with electrical tape. Both of those are assumptions on my part of course.

but since it was an item I agreed to it should probably be done by an actual licensed electrician that would be willing to give me a receipt for the work so I can prove it was not done by me.

i attached a picture. If anyone who is an electrician would be willing to come out and do this quick fix, I'll have the panel opened up and ready to go, I can even provide the electrical tape or connector! Let me know what it would cost me.
