Looking for Helper--Lifting / Moving / Building

I'm single with no kids. I've got a brother who's local, but is busy with his own family and his own activities. My primary job is in Denver, so most of my friends from work live in the Denver area. I keep encouraging my niece to date a football player or wrestler so that he can come earn extra money helping Uncle Rod. So far, nothing's worked out.

There are times when I just need a hand. In the near term, I need to move a new hot water heater from my garage to the utility room in my basement. I'd also like to pick up a big upright air compressor from Home Depot and place it in my basement. I could also use an extra hand to install a few cabinets over the washer/dryer at my Mom's house. It seems like something pops up nearly every month.

I have a Wells Cargo 5x10 trailer and a pickup with an 8' bed. I just need an extra body for the loading and unloading. My work schedule is highly variable so I'm just as likely to want to do this stuff on a Wednesday afternoon as a weekend day. I'm hoping to find a dependable, non-smoking, non-smelly person to help out.

Anybody interested? Or want to nominate your kid. I'm willing to pay a reasonable hourly fee. All this would happen in the west Windsor, Loveland, and Fort Collins area.
