Netflix, 'Oldboy'. Josh Brolin, Sam Jackson. Man kidnapped and held prisoner for unknown reasons. Very different plot, twists and turns. Good movie.
I was Luke warm on squid games by the end but the beginning had me hooked, worth the time overall I thought.
Speaking of S. Korean shows I can’t wait for season 3 of The Kingdom. I know zombies are a bit pass? but the overlapping plots are woven together well and it won awards for the accuracy of the medieval sets.
Finally Always Sunny i love, but in its final season which makes me sad.

The Spike Lee version is pretty good, but it's a paint-by-numbers remake of the original.

I'm two thirds of the way through "Resurrections" and am feeling like this is a greatest hits, movie.
All of us fans have to see the movie, but it is disappointing, and not really on par with the first three movies.
The Wheel of Time on Amazon is excellent. Reminds me a bit of early seasons of the Game of Thrones.

The best description for this movie is "Blue-collar John Wick."
Solidly entertaining. Never figured Bob Odenkirk could carry an action movie.
