Enjoyed the first season of Mindhunter. Hopefully the second season is just as good

Hope you enjoy the mindhunter. I felt it was good, but not as good as S1.

We're going through Mindhunter season 1.

I went ahead and watched True Detective Season 3. I noticed where I quit watching at about episode 3 when it first came out. Made it through the whole thing and was right in my first impression. I didn't care for it at all. Seemed like a really short story that they intentionally tried to drag out through 8 episodes.

With a three-part timeline to keep it from seeming so boring. Time-of-crime, 20 or so years later and looking back after retirement.

I saw a revamp of Rocko's Modern Life on Netflix. I watched it a bit, but it was too meta for me.

It's a requirement now that all children's television must be both meta and woke.

The stuff I grew up with was more focused on education. Social engineering took over a long time ago.

There's more educational information in an old Scholastic Rock segment from when I was young relative to an entire 30 minute to 1 hour program today.

The reference to The Beatles and Chubby Checker is telling.

My favorite is and always will be the Constitution, Congress, Bill of Rights, etc. clips. They should be mandatory learning.

    My Feedback
Credit TFOGGER : Liberals only want things to be "fair and just" if it benefits them.
Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."

I don't think I have an issue with things that are meta in general. In this case, the premise is that they were in space for the last 30 years and when they arrive back at home, they find out that their favorite show is no longer on the air. So they want to get their favorite show back and go on and on about how many people miss the show and blah blah blah.

On another note, where can I find good anime? Is there a free channel on Roku somewhere? I'm looking for stuff like Ninja Scroll, Sword of the Stranger, Afro Samurai, Spirited Away (and all the other Hayao Miyazaki stuff), Paprika, etc.
