We're into a few new shows. A couple are pretty good even:

The Outsider on HBO is a supernatural thriller based on a Stephen King story.

McMillions on HBO is really good. McDonald's Monopoly scandal.

True Detective on HBO. We just started watching season one. The wife is hooked.

Texas Rising is a miniseries on Amazon about Sam Houston vs Santa Ana. Pretty good stuff.

The Feed on Amazon is interesting. I won't go so far as to say I like it but it's interesting. The gist of it is in the near future, people have their social media feed hard-wired to their brain. Bad stuff starts to happen.

I am watching “Designated Survivor” for the second time. I believe it is an outstanding series.

It's just not your genre. People like Henry Winkler do shows like that for fun and to be funny. Jason Schwatzman, Michael Cera, Joel McHale, and John Hamm are in there as well.

It's one of my favorite genres. I just didn't think it was well executed.

Yeah, I don't mean to insinuate you don't like comedy as a whole.

I love comedy/spoof/parody. I also like medical/forensic/law enforcement stuff. I just felt like I was being clobbered over the head with the punch lines, like I might not be able to figure anything out otherwise. At least they weren't using a laugh track.

    Just finished "Dracula" on Netflix.

This was amazingly well done. I didn't have high hopes for it, but I was very pleasantly surprised!
