    Default Need a quality (and very very detail oriented) Home Inspector on short notice

    I am getting ready to sign a contract on a new house, but it is in rough (in my eye cosmetic) shape. Worse, the sellers are being utter pains in the back side.

    If I sign, I will have until 2/19 to have a full inspection report ready. I need a home inspector who is really good and who I can trust (and who can meet the deadline).

    Any of you do this sort of thing and fit the description? If not, anyone you would strongly recommend?

    Kelly TTE is the man you are looking for, haven't seen him post in awhile, he did my home inspection and was very thorough.

    I know KellyTTE did home impections but I can't find his profile as if its been erased?
