I had Tuff Shed quote me a 12'x20' Pro Barn today. Anyone who is licensed want to give me a quote? I'm in Littleton, thank you.

Not sure what it costs to buy one but you could build one in a weekend depending on what you want

Building one is cheaper and sturdier.
FYI there is no real license for this kind of work in colorado. It's just a business license to be a general contractor. Look for insurance.
Thanks guy's. I'll look into that as well, maybe one of the kits since my framing skills are non-existent.
A few YouTube videos and tools and your all set. Get a chop saw and a framing nail gun then have at it

Tuff Shed quoted me $8,500 for a 12'x20' Pro Barn, installed with tax and a permit. I can do a Home Depot kit for about half that, plus beer.
Go look the Tuff Sheds over real close, and take a bunch of photos inside with your phone for ideas how to build one. A TS came with our house and I use it a lot, but there really isn't much to them.
There's a lot more of us ugly mf'ers out here than there are of you pretty people!

It's all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits.....
I just built one. I bought a set of plans with a cut list. If I remember right materials were about 2500 from Home Depot. I'll take some pics here in a bit. If you want I can pm you the plans. If you take the list into Home Depot and have them put it in the bid room you can save at least 10% on materials.
