I like sex, drugs and automatic weapons. That's why i'm a dues paying member of the Libertarian party. Struggling to keep the government away from messing with the above.
My Wife has her own vice.
A few things to be aware of. In Littleton over 120sf "does" require a permit with plans. It also will go through zoning to check on setbacks and structures(sf) to lot size limits. You can pull the permit, without being licensed, but if you sub out part/all work they are supposed to be licensed.
Be careful with that lot size vs max structures square foot allowance.
I put some horse fencing up using power poles buried four feet with concrete poured around them. My next shed/barn is going to be built the same way. I already built a 8'X10" shed from scrap plywood shelves I savaged from a huge dumpster.
This is the next building...

My EDC: Handcuffs, Bandana, and Ball Gag.
If I'm ever at a party and the cops come to arrest people. Ill blindfold myself, throw the ball gag in, handcuff my hands, and hide in a closet. Police never arrest hostages!
Years ago (20) I bought a kit instead of Tuff shed. Saved a bunch and it was a great kit. When I needed a garage I had quotes all the way up to $27K for a 20'X28' garage. Also had so many contractors that did NOT know county code. I was told so many crazy things that I found one person in zoning and one in code and they were great in helping me. In the end I had Tuff shed build it but it was not without issues. Just like many they said one thing and I called BS. In the end I got what I wanted where I wanted at a price I could live with but it took me being very informed to do it.
I see you running, tell me what your running from
Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.
FYI for Broomfield residents who want a shed: Starting April 1st of this year, you will no longer need a permit for sheds 120 sq ft and under. (Unless they're April fooling us.)
