Basically already covered with the addition of extra Rx for my meds. When my younger son went to Israel as a teen the tour operator accidentally froze his insulin (the staff was responsible for holding any meds). He had a copy of his rx, got a replacement very quickly.

I also carry spare eyeglasses. I use a small backpack as my carry bag, keep my passport/i.d. on my person.
