Pretty sure that's already illegal at the Fed level and in the "go to prison for a long ass time if caught" category....Othewise, it would be a piece of cake to build remote controlled (or worse, semi/fully automated) mobile sentry guns or uav's w/ remote tracking/fire-control & first-person video streaming, with no distance/geographical limitations on control location.
