RUN AWAY!!!!!! I ordered a Harris bipod from them and the $8 that I saved was NOT worth the terrible customer service, 3-week delivery time and the hassle I had to go through when they sent me a USED product.

Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.

They seem to be hit or miss. I know people who had problems, and others who haven't. The only time I ordered from them it was fine, and the price was unreal. I guess just decide for yourself whether you're willing to take a risk.

IF... IF.. you can get ahold of them and confirm something is in stock, then yeah they're fine. Otherwise, purchase at your own risk. I buy small things here and there from them, things that don't cost more than say $50 total and then I prepare to just wait.

Customer Service is not a concept they embrace... AT ALL!!!

I've bought from the five times now and they are far and away the price leader especially with that 15% off right now. On all of my orders I've ordered quite a few things and they always have shipped them out in a timely fashion. If they don't have a certain part they ship the rest and then ship the parts out that didn't ship once they arrive. Only once did I have to cancel a back ordered item and customer service is far from top notch but it wasn't bad enough that I've vowed to never order from them again.

In fact I just placed an order with them last week. I ordered an EOTech XPS, a Blackwater suppressor pouch and six of the new style Magpul pmags. With 15% off the final tally was good enough to put a smile on my face. They shipped the EOTech and the pouch but the mags were on backorder. EOTech and pouch arrived quickly and have been here for over a week now and my mags shipped yesterday and are due here Monday.

So, while I've heard lots of negative things about them my experience has been fine... borderline great really. Price is primary concern for me so when that's considered I would even say great. Some would rather pay more to be 'sure' but I paid under $400 for a brand new EOTech XPS which is about $70 less than everyone else. I paid $7.50 for a suppressor pouch that was $25 everywhere else and the windowed pmags were running about $13 each or so after the discount. Shipping was a little steep at $15 but that extra $10 or so spread over two shipments and all the items I bought is only an extra buck per item.

Ordered a CMMG .22 Conversion kit for my m4, a blackwater mag pouch and a couple magazines from them back in September with next day shipping on a Thursday. Several hours after ordering I check their site again and its now been updated with them being out of the office for some holiday until the following Monday. I message them asking them to change my shipping option and 4 days later I get a reply that they are going to change my shipping to UPS ground, GREAT ! Well a week passes, 2 weeks pass and I'm still wondering where my stuff is, I send them another message and get a reply stating they are out of the office AGAIN for yet another holiday. Well its been about a month now and UPS tracking says my stuff should be here tomorrow. Lets just hope its the right stuff. I don't know if its just me but Sans AIM surplus and Sarco it seems every mail/internet order gun accessories place does stuff like this. Is there something I'm missing about how hard it is to put stuff in a box and give it to the UPS guy ?
At any rate I will not ever do business with these folks again. They where a few bucks cheaper than other places but I'm kinda weird, I like getting the stuff I order sometime the same year I ordered it.
