    Default Leaking Windows

Bought a modular house a few months ago, and during the rain/snow the other night, we discovered that a few of the windows leak.
There is no flashing installed above the window. Is this a code requirement? The water was dripping from the top of the window. The windows do not appear to have a channel for the water at the top.

I am going to have the builder correct the issue, but I want to make sure they fix it correctly.

Yes it should have flashing or j above it. Modular houses are built where codes are lax.

However if water is dripping from the top of the window it the water llikely entered higher than that
