It took me a while to get fast with a .2 subtended reticle when I first switched, that said, I won't go back. I started with a Gen 1 Razor with what is now the ebr2c, then went to an SCR, and finally have gotten to the high end stuff and now have 2 Kahles 624i's with the AMR which is a Christmas tree style all subtended in .2 (elevation and wind) and it's just dots so you can see through it quite well. I still own the previous scopes and shoot them often, but my main match guns wear the Kahles scopes.
That said, the Gen2 Razor is one of the most popular scopes out there for good reason, the main reason I run the Kahles and not the Razor is the reticle, once you get used to using a .2 subtended reticle, it's hard to go back.
One other one to look at and most either love it or hate is is the Tremor 3, once you know how to use it, it's extremely intuitive. But the learning curve can be a bit intimidating as it takes a bit of math to get everything figured out on it. This is probably the only other Reticle I would consider switching to, and I've been thinking really hard about it.
