    The granite has what's called a "chiseled edge". I bought a new machine to do it a few months ago. It's pretty cool. Pneumatic powered tooth that bites the edge off. Unsurprisingly, it's called "The Beaver". The old way involved a huge pair of long handled nippers and was human powered. The humans got tired pretty fast, so it took a line of them.

    The area above the fridge does not seem to get warm. We're enthusiastic wine drinkers so wine up there doesn't typically last very long anyhow.

    Awesome job. I won't be showing the wife any of those pictures, or my hunting and gun money will be gone. Looks amazing though
    It is better to die on your feet then to live on your knees.
