    Default Who's my aluminum welder?

I have a small project i want to do before my dad comes out this fall, so obviously doesnt have to be immediate. I still need to buy the aluminium. Just have some questions for whoever can do it. It will be square aluminum tubing.

    Thanks, Craig

Make sure you find a guy to do it before you buy material. The aluminum stuff sold at hardware stores is usually not weldable. Look for alloys in the 6XXX series if it's a structural shape or 5XXX. There's also lots of stuff pre anodized clear now. Don't get that unless you want to pay for extra sanding & prep time.

Shoot me a pm with what you have in mind to get done.
