Area I applied for shouldn't be an area w/ massive need of pref points. Oh well, maybe I'll luck out and just smash one with my vehicle and get a roadkill tag.

I have lived in CO for 5 years, didn't hunt the first year. I draw tags every year..deer and elk. Muzzleloader season and probably never going to set eyes on any Elk, but damn if I'm not ready if I do!! I figure in a couple of years when I hit the big 50, I will just splurge on one of them fancy Elk hunts and go shoot me a monster!!

Anybody know if 2nd choice shows the 5xx code? I'm pretty certain I should draw my 2nd choice (based on previous years and stats) and still see the 4xx code.

the 5XX code I think shows if you drew any of your choices. So if you picked 4 different choices, like me, you will have no idea which one you snagged until the results come out or you get your tag in the mail.

Sniper that is not what i wanted to hear! Not only did i not get drawn for deer i haven't recieved my refund check for moose. Im going to be pissed if i have to jump through hoops getting to the bottom of that one...hoping it shows up soon

Correct. You don't know which one you got, just that you got one. Unless you only put a first choice
