Can't post in the firearm section

I am trying to post in the Firearm Accessory section but I don't see a post new thread icon in the corner like for this section.

Is there any reason or issues like getting approval or ?

There's a glitch in the system that expires the aknowlegements after a period of time (not sure what that period is or could vary). This actually works out for the staff IF members are actually re-reading the rules when they ack. If members keep the rules fresh in their memories there's less chance they'll run afoul of them accidentally.
