    Default TJ wrangler experts needed

My daughter rolled in a few minutes ago and notified me the passenger side floorboard is full of water. Super, I didn't have anything to do tomorrow anyway...

When we first bought the TJ I did some reading and fixed some common issues with the Wranglers. 1 year ago I removed the cowl and cleaned out the cowl drain vent, it was packed with mud and leaves. I just checked with a flashlight a minute ago through the louvers and the cowl looks to be dry inside. When I was pulling back the carpet and sopping up the water I saw 1 drop come down from under the middle of the passenger side of the dash, not down along the footboard, but dripping down from under the center/passenger side of the dash. Everything in the glove compartment was dry. No antifreeze so it's not the heater core.

    Any thoughts?

I'll pull the cowl panel again tomorrow, but don't think that's the issue. Any tips (other than buy a Ford/Chevy/Toyota...) from the Wrangler crowd would be appreciated.

The drain for the AC condenser might be clogged or just leaking into the passenger side. I extended mine lower.

We have a TJ. Is it a hard top or a soft top?

Also check that the floor plugs are installed.

On a nice day, have somebody spray it with the hose. See then where it is coming in.
