The British government has raised the terror threat level to "critical", its highest level, in the belief that another attack is "imminent".
So, while the people are being warned another attack is likely, people "in the thousands" are gathering at vigils to mourn those lost or injured in this attack.
Does anyone else see the stupidity of gathering in large groups when an attack on groups is expected?
