Default Need a scan tool that can change tire size for 2014 Ram 2500

Does anyone have or know of a shop that has a scan tool, preferably an AutoEnginuity? Would like to get this done asap as my speedo is off 5mph. Even if someone has an Autel scan tool, that will do factory sizes and that should work as my tires are just slightly bigger than factory. Thanks.

I have an autoenginuity Proline VCI. It's only got the Mercedes package on it for my former Sprinter Van, so I'm not sure if it can do what you need on the Dodge. I'll research it unless you know different.
