    Default Looking for a hunting partner or groups for 3rd season elk

    So I bit of background, I had planned to go hunting the first time with my buddy from college this year's elk season. But he got engaged, and when I recently hit him up after getting my elk tag he said he can't go anymore. So I'm just wonder to see if there are anyone more experienced who will come with me and maybe teach me some tricks. Or if there are any groups that go, always nice to make some friends.

    I got the OTC elk, all units in yellow for bull elk.

    Those could be incorrect. I advise you refer to the DOW website for the correct GMU's

    Thanks for the info, I'm brand new to hunting, doing rifle, and I don't know where to go, just looking for someone to tag alone and try to learn something. I'm looking for the experience more than the result.
