Grand Master Know It All
Good luck in your search. Best advice, get ready for a lot of driving. You need to go to every RV show, and visit every dealer.
You may go to one show, but the perfect model from the perfect manufacturer won't be there. Most TTs are going to be rectangles, hard to get away from the shape, especially with the things you do want your new TT to have. Once you find the what you're looking for, then the real research begins. Start with any forum, facebook group, or website dedicated to that manufacturer. See what the concerns are, and there will be some. LCI has a near complete monopoly on RV parts, and they produce some good and some barely usable parts. Luckily they are good at honoring their warranty.
Last weekend I was up mountain biking near BV, and saw lots of different RVs boondocking in the area. The roads in the area didn't keep anyone away.
A quick search show me a Jayco Hummingbird 16 FD that might meet your needs. Of course it's one of the mass produced units and quality may vary.

David - CS, CO feedback
It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.
