Default 80% issue with take down lug pocket

Apparently this is not all that uncommon but I would like some experienced machiners to explain how to approach the proper sizing of the lug pocket in a 80% lower. From what I can tell the dimensions for the pocket match the Cad drawings but the forward pivot post does not fit into the pocket. I believe the corner of the post needs a more square pocket with a sharper corner while the pocket has a radius and there in is the problem. Should I use smaller diameter end mils or longer front to back pocket dimensions?

Your post is mildly confusing. Especially the part about the "forward pivot post" not fitting. Maybe some clarification in your wording might get you some help?

I've not seen a problem using a normal 80% jig and recommended endmill sizes. Mill it all out properly and it's a go. ?

I've not done any using the router method though.
Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.
