Howdy all,
I have some odd size boxes to ship. Weight is 10- 60lbs. UPS and USPS rates are ridiculous. I need door to door delivery.
Would having an Amazon or Ebay account and shipping through them help any?
TIA!

All different. One box is 53x9x47 and weights 50lb. UPS wants $170.

Are you shipping flat screen TVs or something?
It's likely the size more than the weight that's driving up your shipping costs. I ship heavy stuff through UPS from time to time and I don't remember cost going up until you get over 80# or something like that.
Sorry, I have no other helpful info. Might look and see if DHL still exists and what they'd charge.
That size is going to be expensive through any carrier.

I do UPS shipping through the shop, my actual cost +$2.00 per package. My discount from UPS is roughly 25% off the published rates.

If we may ask...Where are you shipping to? You never know, you may find a personal delivery service in someone here travelling.
