Finally...berms at the Pawnee Sportsmen's Center 1000yd range! All but the actual 1000yd targets, but I was told yesterday that they are planning on that one too. This should same me some money on ammo, and that's always a good thing.

Looks great, do they have or allow steel plates on either their 100&200 or their 400-1000 yard ranges?
Paper only at the 100/200 ranges. There are pipes set in the ground at various distances on the 100/200, the clubhouse has target stands available to fit the stakes. The steel is already permanently in place at the 400-1000 range. About 5 different shapes/sizes at each berm from 400 to 900. It seems the 1000 steel is augmented from time to time. But, there's always two targets available at 1000. Can't miss them, they're inside the tractor tires.

The Great Kazoo's Feedback
"when you're happy you enjoy the melody but, when you're broken you understand the lyrics".
Yeah, about those benches...They wouldn't have any at all if they didn't get them from the AirGuard base range. They figured, what the heck, they were included with the Pat traps. They would have none otherwise, which wouldn't be a big deal at all. I use a shooting mat to sit on when I use them, and another mat for the bench. Splinters in my ass is something I just won't do anymore. (I usually go prone on the LR range, anyway).
Finally! Can somebody post some pix?
I had let my PSC membership lapse due to the lack of berms on the 1K range, and had respectfully told them why a number of times, so now it could be time to renew...
Keep calm, and terminate with extreme prejudice.
Talked to them about this last year and they were not interested in resolving this so I joined another range. Might look into coming back if they don’t jack up the price.
I'll be at the trap range Saturday, I'll try to remember to get some pics. Basically, they look like berms, behind the targets...
