Spare tire mount for trailer

Need to figure out a way to carry the spare tire for this trailer. The builder put it underneath but that's a PITA to get at on a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. So it needs to be on the front. Is there some sort of mount available that can be adapted? Any suggestions for a welder in the Boulder area?
