    Default 2016+ Tacoma Opinions?

I am in the market for a new truck and does anyone here have a 2016+ Tacoma? What do you think of it? Any problems? I have been reading about lots of problems with the auto transmission, squeaky rear leaf springs, guys on their 3rd or 4th rear diff, CPS problems. I like the Tacoma for its size and large aftermarket support.

    Thanks for any help
    Mike

My 05 has been perfect, but I thought the new models used the same drivetrain? I’d like a new model too, but my old one won’t give up.

Only main issue I've seen is the fan for the AC and heater crapping out.

I'm talking about how it will break and you have to have it replaced. But Toyota has been covering it acording to the Facebook groups.

From a cummins to a Tacoma? I did the opposite lol

Great trucks but you will pay out the nose for a used one if you are in the market. My dad was in the same boat a few years ago looking for used Tacoma but for $2K more, he bought a new one.

Haha yeah didn't need a diesel anymore and I hated that Cummins from the first month. When you have to replace injectors after one month it puts a bad taste in your mouth plus with my new job I do alot of driving around to different places so wanted decent MPG but still have a bed

How many miles were on it for injector issues? Not too common on the 6.7L.
