    Default Taxidermy Shop Recommendation

Anyone have a recommendation for a Taxidermy shop in Denver? Friend got a buck and wants to get the antlers mounted.

Larry is honest and his mounts are very well done. He is accomplished with many species including African game. He has quite a few mounts in his shop and you will see the lifelike quality of his mounts.

I hunt with Jerrod who owns it. Amazing bird taxidermy. I have my whole bar filled with Ducks I've killed that Jerrod has mounted. Plus he has done some of my elk, my deer, my antelope, several euro mounts. I just dropped off a few whitetail bucks my friends and I killed in Nebraska, and waiting for my wife's and my antelope to come back, and I've got 3 more ducks in right now.
And my friends I hunt with have done a TON of stuff with him as well. One guy I'd say has had 50+ animals done by Jerrod and they look amazing.

Just tell him if you are in a rush to get it back or not. He has a ton of work but will push stuff along if you want it quicker. If it is a Euro I'd say it would probably only be a couple weeks.

One thing that will help depending on the type of mount is have an idea of the panel you want or the form you want or what you want done exactly. Check out Mackenzie taxidermy supply and you can look through the different styles of forms and panels you might want.
All I have in this world is my balls and my word and I don't break em for no one.

It's just antlers and the top of the skull so just need the skull cleaned up some and then mounted with the leather:

We always just did that kind of mount ourselves. Sometimes we’d boil that part of the skull. More often since we had tons of fire ants where I grew up we’d just toss it on an ant hill and let them clean it for us.

Jerrod can do that quick and easy. If you look at taxidermy supply online you can even figure out the panel you want ahead of time and tell him exactly what you want.
