There is still a legal challenge to the bill, funded by RMGO, progressing through appeals.

If Democrats would just pass the mag ban repeal they'd increase their chances of remaining in power (of course 1- they're not worried about losing power and 2-they have power so they can pass stupid shit like this in the first place).

I really wish they would make the bill more of a compromise like raising the limit to 30-32 rounds or requiring a background check for 15+ mags so it has a chance in the house. Then we can buy standard cap mags until a full repeal has an actual chance.

I know what you are saying but I don't want to pay for another BGC for mag's, ammo or anything else.

I would pay for the BGC over having no options other than the whole parts kits business

It was way more expensive to move, but at least the crooks in Denver don't get my tax revenue anymore..

But I don't have to do BGC anymore... my TX LTC is my BGC

We left as well. No regrets. My freedom and money goes much further now. I have no illusion that gun control is coming to every state but at least I have a little longer then most.

Honestly, I don't even know why this subject is being discussed any more (comes up every year like there is hope). It will never be repealed and will only get worse for Colorado.
