    Default Cleary Buildings

Cleary doesn't serve Arizona, so I've begun searching for a builder in the area.

Preliminary results I've found an outfit called Sentry Builders that might be good. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation or previous experience with garage builders in Arizona. References from folks here would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

Cleary is doing a building for me right now. So far its been great they are on day 3 (yesterday they came for a few hours and left) and trusses are going up today. Here are some time lapse videos of the build

I contacted Steel Structures of America and they were $30k more for the same size, same insulation, same concrete. Might want to give them a call but they were the most expensive. I went with Cleary because i know several home owners who have their buildings and have had no complaints. They are everywere here in Elbert county.

I was extremely satisfied with my Cleary building up in Buie. That is why I was disappointed they don't serve Az.

Anyone had one of these almost garage homes built? We were interested in a year or two possibly trying to move somewhat out into the sticks, and rather than conventional home, doing a system built, or one of these steel structure type deals.

Just curious if you arn't going crazy grand, how much cheaper something like Cleary would be.

We have two families in the area who went that route. One as a std residence said they beat stick contractor price by more than 40K.

The other is a very large barn/ag collector storage with apt/residence at one end. Said they saved over 100K adding the residence to it.
