    While I appreciate the OP’s stance of giving respect until it is demonstrated that respect is not deserved, I can also agree with the other people posting that Mel is a bit of a douche / scumbag and a detriment to our community.

    Yes, giving the benefit of the doubt is indeed virtuous. But ignoring an entire community about a sleazebag also violates the virtue of prudence.

    Mel was also fully supportive of the Clinton crackdown on FFLs during the 90s. He whored himself out to any TV station that wanted to do a story on it because he thought it would put more money in his pocket.

    All of the ranges i belong to which are private/membership allow any kind of safe shooting.

    I know a lot of folks like to pile on Centennial but they don’t have an issue with it. Or at least no one has ever told me to slow down. Their systems allow all kinds of drills. I don’t buy much, except on their sale days, but really like the ranges.
