Hm, if Shoot Indoors is willing to turn off the lights, that's certainly an option seeing as they're open until 10 on certain days. Still, it's not quite the same - I have a BE Meyers MAWL laser and a PVS-14 setup I want to put through its full paces. I'd like to be able to dial up the range a bit, even move while shooting. Though I fully get why ranges would be hesitant to allow it.
Classes are great for learning the basics if you have never done something, but once you have learned it, you should have some consistent practice whenever possible.
