Default Looking for an employment law attorney

I had hoped it wouldn’t come down to this, but I’m currently looking for a lawyer regarding employment law. Any recommendations would be appreciated as this is something new to me.

Try a nearby bar association referral service.

I would not mind a referral also. I have a squirrelly job separation -- and a one-sided agreement -- I need advice with.

Well, CO is an "at-will" employment state. The law allows employers or employees terminate employment without notice at any time. That being said, the courts have ruled that certain aspects of an Employee Handbook can create a contract arrangement.

The employee handbook / written policies are part of it. I also feel I was fired for retaliation
