I did find a place called "Stitchlines" but their reviews are horrible so I'm going to stay away from them (the fact that they're only open to the public 3 days a week for 2 hours a day is a red flag for me - that says "half assed operation" to me. If you're not going to be opened business hours, you're not a business, you're a hobby.)

The lady at Stitchlines is very nice. She did quality work on a hiking pack that I had that needed a new zipper. I was very pleased with the work and would return again.

She was swamped with work when I went in and it was a three week wait, so that may be the reason for the limited hours. She just may be open those hours to accept orders, handle concerns, but spends the rest of her time actually working on stuff to get it done.
