Every contractor I've contacted so far either doesn't respond or flakes out on me. One might work out, but it's slow going on getting numbers which concerns me. Still looking if you know anyone. Got Benjamins burning a hole in my pocket and would like to get this done before snow flies up here.

Everyone is swamped right now. You might try giving Deck Superstore in Commerce City and see if they have any referrals or contacts. It's a great place for materials too!
