Why is everything double posting ?
I click on the post / reply then get are you sure you want to leave this page pop up. Followed by the You must wait X seconds before posting, again.
Add in being unable to attach pictures from various hosting sites.

Windows 10 Chrome 67 for me. First submit seems to do nothing, so you click it again and get a 'leaving the site' warning and usually a multiple post within 30 seconds warning.
ETA: Same behavior with Chrome 68

I wish technology solved people issues. It seems to just reveal them.

Testing Windows 10 (1803) and Edge browser.
ETA: Same behavior. The submission takes quite some time....and then the leaving the site warning, etc.
