Default Straight Razor Sharpening in Colorado?

So I can hone my razors to a great edge normally, but I think I may have gotten myself into something that is beyond my skill.

    What I am using:
    Flattening stone: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00067ZSJ0/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
    Norton 6000/8000 grit: http://www.woodcraft.com/product/818...8000-grit.aspx
    Spyderco Ultra Fine: https://www.spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=81

I dropped my Dovo Silversteel straight razor that is my favorite while I was stropping. And it landed on the toe of the blade.

Luckily I did not instinctively grab it as it was falling which is a good way to get stitches and a hospital visit.

Anyone know of someone who sharpens razors in the area? I would rather not ship it out.

They problem with straight razors is the hollow grind. I had a vintage piece that a roommate used to scrape paint off something. Was never the same. Did you just nick the tip? Lets see a picture. I'd just grind out the offending bit and call it good.

If your post count is higher than your round count, you are a troll.

Now I'm curious to see the damage if it's not too much trouble.

No worries I'll get some pics up tonight. It is just the edge on the toe that is flattened a bit.

I'll also add a few more pics of my others. I'm trying to get my wife to use a straight, but she says hell no. She does like her Lady Gillette DE safety razor though.

PSA: At least have some good shorts or jeans on before you decide to start shaving. Now that I think back, things could have been really bad.
