I'm putting together Christmas stockings for my team. I have one person who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so I'd like to provide her with some diabetes friendly snacks/candy.

Since I'm not diabetic, I have no idea what all is out there, and moreover what doesn't taste like crap.

Want suggestions on stuff that doesn't suck and is actually tasty.
