The rifle I carry most often is a hot rod .17, as in 17/204. I am currently shooting a 25 gr. bullet north of 4100 fps.

Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.
What kind of bi-pod is that?

actually shooting sticks, and I don't remember what kind. I altered them to suit my needs.

I think I'd like to pick up a pair. I don't have any big cover like that out where I'm going to try calling some in.

Ha ya locating them and calling them in is a big difference but still nice knowing that they are there. One is a mounter for sure and I would pay a pretty penny for him as not many people can mount a good bobcat. My buddy trapped one like this in AZ and like a dork he sold it and although he got a ton of money for it he still kicks himself for selling it and at least not getting it tanned! I had him on trail camera carrying a rabbit in his mouth and I washed the SD card in my camo :-/ along with my card reader!
well that just sucks. Bobcat carrying a rabbit on trail cam would be a cool one for sure.
If I get this cat called back in and killed I will be selling him. I'm working on savings for an AK. trip next fall and need every penny I can scrounge.

Who is the customer? A taxidermist? Or do you have him mounted, then try to sell to an outdoors store like Cabela's or something? Or just to the same fur traders?

Fur buyer, same guy that buys all my coyotes.
