Looking for employment / wrongful termination Lawyer

Does anyone have/know a lawyer, specifically for wrongful termination? I am in Colorado Springs, but can make Denver work.

FYI Colorado is an at will state which basically means you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all. The only thing is if you can prove discrimination.

That's what I was afraid of. But after taking too so other people, I may have something for a hostile work environment, so I want to look into that.

Without documentation and 1 or more employees. Former or current willing to come forward, you don't have a case. Factor in those types of lawsuits can drag on, with most attorneys not wanting to take it on as it's not, as i have a few times. A Slam Dunk.

If your attorney has sound reasons for pursuing a case it would be brought before the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, their attorneys will review it and decide whether it has merit, which they do in about 6 percent of cases they review.

Colorado is an at will state, but the law to my understanding does state that if the company has any policies in place then they must be followed. This applies to things like terminating someone without following company policy / procedure for the termination.

Yeah, the company handbook has zero termination policy.

But, I do have email that could support the work environment at the place. I may be able top find another format employee that would back it up.

You will be throwing your money away on an attorney.. they will tell you you have a case, take money, string you along for more money and then you will lose anyway.

Just move on.
