Yeah, I can see it both ways. In general, for most users, I see no need for Windows aside from fear of change. I recognize certain programs prohibit moving away from it.

I do very little in-depth stuff at home now that I'm done with the degree, but I like the ability to do what I want when I want to. Last time I touched my laptop was a few days ago and it was just to look up some google maps stuff since the phone was slow. The more in depth I get into stuff at work, the more I seem to shirk away from any technology at home. In a few years I reckon I'll be using a wood burning stove and carving my own ax handles
