So two years ago when we moved into our house, the previous owners left a table in the dining room. It's a decent table, rounded at the ends and they had 4 (yes FOUR!) leaves to make it into a pretty big table.
We already had a (much nicer) dining room table so our table went into the dining room and the old table went into our kitchen, minus the leaves (we didn't have a kitchen big enough for a table at our old house in Englewood.)
So now we have these 4 leaves taking up space. They're solid wood - NOT cheap particle board - and heavy as hell. They do look like they are laminated together (joined) but are very heavy and solid - probably 5/8" or 3/4" thick.
We absolutely don't want or need them and never will. Wife told me to throw them out with the trash but I wanted to offer them to someone here. I'm hoping someone can actually use them - as I said, they're gorgeous pieces of wood so I would think they'd be useful to somebody for something (cutting boards maybe?)
Photo attached. If anyone's interested they can come here and get them or I can bring them with me to work.
