Anyone own a 2nd generation (1993 - up) Ford Ranger or Mazda B-series pickup?

Should cover all Rangers/B series trucks from 1993 - on (it says through 2000 but that's because it was published in 2001.) I don't think the Ranger changed significantly from 2000 until they were discontinued in 2012 or so.
